Welcome ...... to the Internet pages of the German Veins Society, DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT VENEN, the country wide nonprofit organization of patients, therapists and physicians in the fight against the problem of vein diseases.
The information about the early recognition and preventively possible steps as well as the necessary therapeutic and/or operational measures is an important component of our federations activity, just as the information about the postoperative follow-up behavior.
We work together with homogeneous organizations in the German-speaking neighboring countries, Austria and Switzerland, as well as in the Benelux countries. Likewise we cooperate with phlebology societies and federations in Europe and overseas.
