First of all please allow us to take a short detour 10 years back in time. In 2015, the 1st International Lymphoedema Symposium took place in Copenhagen.
The following 10 years have been an inspiring and productive journey with all of our scientific leaders, chairs, speakers, participants and staff. We are now proud to have the opportunity to invite you back to Copenhagen and we would be happy if you joined us.
In 2025 we would like to cover the large interdisciplinary and interprofessional fields of diagnosis and management of wound care, lymphoedema and lipoedema. In the course of our event we would like to give you a different perspective on these areas.
Our aim is to build bridges between evidence and experience and between health care providers from different disciplines. The program will be targeted towards MDs, therapists, specialized nurses and compression specialists working in the field of the chronic conditions of wound care, lip- and lymphoedema. We will discuss the best practice and cases.
You can expect top-class and clinically relevant presentations with a focus on medicine, therapy and individualized treatments. There will also be plenty of time for your individual questions and discussions on the presented topics.
Let us use this platform to openly exchange ideas, update standards and gain insights into the latest scientific and therapeutic findings and use this opportunity to build personal and professional connec- tions that might help you and your patients in your future work – with a focus on the optimal treatment for our patients.
